This week we wrapped up a gorgeous row home on South Lehigh Street in the great city of Baltimore.  This house is such a labor of love that I will be almost sad to see it go but excited for whomever ends up buying this beauty.  The condition of this house when we purchased it was bad to say the least, it was run-down, partly torn down and abandoned…and we swooped in and restored it!  We took down so much plaster and re-pointed the brick and it turned out so nice, the brick almost looks brand-new.  The kitchen is huge, especially for a small row-house in the city with a 7′ island!  I could go on because of course I love everything we designed and built but instead I’ll share some of the amazing before and after pictures with you:
